Advisor’s Visit

The week spent under the guidance of advisor Dr. Pradeep Patnaik, facilitated by CRS Nepal under USAID’s Farmer to Farmer project, was truly transformative to say the least. His mentorship was solution-focused, challenging us emotionally yet pushing us toward growth. Together, we explored the intricate details, addressing challenges and opportunities for our factory and farmers’ outreach program. Discussions spanned various topics of food safety, inventory management, finance, human resources, factory operations, and marketing strategies.

His mentorship not only broadened our perspectives but also empowered us to navigate challenges with renewed confidence and strategic clarity. We are immensely grateful for his invaluable contribution!
