Ingredients:

Milk : 1 cup ( low fat)
Yogurt : 1 cup
Mango : 1
Banana : 1
Unsweetened coconut : ⅛ cup
Vanilla extract : 1 tsp
Honey : 1 tbsp
Ice cubes : 1-2 cubes
Chia seeds (optional)

Preparation:

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with Chia seeds and almonds. Add coconut and chopped mangoes if desired.

*You can replace chia seeds with flax seeds. If too thick then add a bit of milk or water.
