Indira Ghimire, our ginger farmer and a natural permaculturalist. Together with her husband, Indira manages a diverse range of annual and seasonal farm produce. Her cultivation of turmeric, a native variety of garlic, and ginger stands out as some of the finest we have ever encountered.

Man Bahadur Rai, affectionately known as Mane Dai is our versatile and indispensable team member. Mane Dai, a returning migrant, has been a dedicated part of the Khetipati Organics family since its inception. He truly has the spirit of an all-rounder, readily accepting any task, whether simple or challenging. Beyond his responsibilities within the factory, you can often find him tending to his thriving vegetable garden and caring for livestock at home.

Dhan Dai, belongs to Taplejung, a district at the foothill of Mount Kanchenjunga, is a seasoned cultivator of organic Black Cardamom at an altitude of 1700 meters. With over a decade of experience in cardamom cultivation, he is committed to producing top-quality cardamom. His reliability and passion for quality has made him one of our reliable sources of cardamom.
