We are in our second year of collaborating with Our Farms Nepal- famously known as Himeberry, Himberry works with over 150 small strawberry growers in the beautiful hills of Kakani. Every year, during the peak harvest season, Kakani’s fields overflow with strawberries, vibrant and ripe- leading to challenges of abundance.
That’s where our partnership with Himeberry comes in. By processing strawberries during this period, we ensure that no berry goes to waste. For the farmers, it means fair prices all season long. For Himeberry, it means stability in their supply chain. For us, it means we get to work with the best strawberries at their prime—The result? Crispy, sweet, and tangy snack that’s free of preservatives or additives.
We are especially proud to share that this journey, filled with trials and triumphs, has taken our strawberries beyond borders. Today, it reaches consumers in the US, Japan, Australia, and Canada. Well, for us, each strawberry carries a piece of Kakani to the World.
